Currently, he serves as the Co-Founder and VP of Operations at Legal Soft, which significantly grows firms by providing wrap-around support from lead generation to staffing. Legal Soft currently serves over 500 law firms, has 150+ team members, and operates across eight international offices. Here, Nathan spearheads the business development strategy, managing a team of 70 team members.

He’s worked onsite as a law firm coach for the last decade plus in hundreds of law firms of every shape, size and practice area. His dedication and passion to what he does makes him the best in the business. An Arizona native, Adam has been happily married for over 20 years to Clarissa (a lawyer no doubt!) and spends his weekends coaching his two kids Max and Cassidy in various sports (including rugby). It’s safe to say that Adam is a “coach at work and a coach at home.”
