Accrues on the first anniversary of the VA provided VA has stayed with Law Firm for one year.

RETIREMENT PLAN

Eligibility begins the 1st day of the following month of hire. If VA was hired May 10th they are eligible to receive contributions starting on June 1st of the following month. Plan vests fully at 3 years of service.
