Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and directors and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing clients. In this role, you will work with all internal teams (including Clients Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire company relations.

Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account  management matters

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in AI development, with a focus on machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks. 
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. 
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning.
