Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and directors and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing clients. In this role, you will work with all internal teams (including Clients Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire company relations.

Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account  management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Marketing Staff

We are looking for marketing staff to operate at the center of our marketing department. Their day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, and working with our media department and our partners. The Marketing Staff’s responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.

This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
  • Help Composing and posting online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
  • Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of key company projects.

As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

Customer Support Specialist

A Customer Support Specialist will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
